Luke 2:1-21 — Fourth Sunday of Advent
Sometimes when we’re overly familiar with a story, we can grow numb to how great the story is. When Luke tells us his account of Jesus’ birth, he uses irony to open our eyes to the wonder of what God did in sending Jesus. And all are invited to witness and celebrate this birth, if we will come to Him in trust and repentance. This sermon was preached on December 20, 2020.
